Labor Prep Session

Service Description

This remote session is for the mama who wants to feel grounded, safe, and fully supported as she prepares to bring her baby earthside. Together, we’ll clear energetic blocks, release fear, and prepare the physical and spiritual space for birth. This is not a clinical birth plan. It’s an intuitive, energetic tuning of your body, your baby, and your birth environment. This session includes: • Energetic clearing of the birth space (home or hospital) • Alignment + clearing between you and your birth team • Releasing fears, trauma, and limiting beliefs around birth • Calling in grounding, protection, and divine support • Personalized herbal recommendations to have on hand for labor • Custom energetic healing to support dilation, surrender, and flow • A full written report with all findings, guidance, and suggested practices This is for you if: • You want to feel emotionally and energetically prepared for birth • You sense lingering fears or trauma that could affect labor • You’re feeling disconnected from your body or your birth team • You want herbal tools and energetic support to ease your experience Note: This session is complementary to, not a replacement for medical care.
