My Background (and how I got here)

I grew up in a very holistic family.

My dad was a chiropractor.

We drank raw milk before it was trendy.

We didn’t follow the conventional vaccine schedule.

We rarely went to medical doctors.

But I also had a very normal childhood. Sports. School. Friends. College plans. I wasn’t raised in a cave somewhere off-grid. I lived in both worlds.

I always had an interest in wellness, but as a teenager I couldn’t find a path that felt clear or stable. So I chose the practical route.

I majored in accounting at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Graduated with honors and a 3.8 GPA. Landed a job at KPMG, one of the Big 4 accounting firms. I worked long hours in audit and advisory. I built a career. I moved into a large local hospital’s finance department, earned my MBA, and eventually started their internal audit department from the ground up.

On paper, I was successful.

But my body was stressed. Depleted.

I constantly felt like I wasn’t doing enough.

Like I never had enough.

Like no matter how much I achieved, it wasn’t enough.

Then I became a mother.

Motherhood cracked me open in the most beautiful and expensive way. It forced me to slow down. To question everything. To care about the roots instead of just the outcomes.

I learned muscle testing because I wanted to understand what my body needed. What my children needed. Not what was trendy. Not what was prescribed by default. What was aligned.

Then I took a Quantum Blueprint course.

That course kicked off my meditation journey and opened the door to quantum healing. It was the missing piece — the bridge between my analytical brain and the unseen energetic world I had always sensed but never fully stepped into.

Now I integrate both.

The grounded, structured, financially-literate woman with an MBA.

And the intuitive, energetically attuned healer who believes the body holds wisdom beyond what we can measure.

Rooted Vitality exists because I’ve lived both sides.

And I know what it feels like to be outwardly successful but internally disconnected.

This is where practical meets powerful.

Structure meets soul.

And healing becomes embodied.

And now… here we are. 🌿
